Trainee
Solomon Hiley joined APG as a Trainee, bringing enthusiasm, strong local knowledge, and a genuine passion for real estate. Born and raised in the area, Solomon has proudly called this community home for nearly 17 years, giving him a natural connection to the region and its growth.
APG’s relationship with Alesco College played a pivotal role in Solomon’s journey. As part of a school excursion, his class toured the landmark Solaris development, where he was inspired by the scale, vision, and ambition behind the project. Through APG’s coordination of the visit, he had the opportunity to meet members of the construction team, gaining valuable insight into the collaboration, expertise, and planning required to bring such a significant development to life. Inspired by what he saw and learned, Solomon took the initiative to pursue an opportunity with APG — demonstrating the drive, confidence, and determination that continue to define his approach today.
Through his early working experiences, Solomon developed a strong work ethic and a practical, hands-on mindset. Now working closely with Chris, he is learning the foundations of the real estate industry and gaining exposure to sales processes, operations, and client service. He is proud to be developing his skills within the industry and is dedicated to building a long-term career in the property sector.
Solomon’s progression reflects APG’s commitment to supporting local education pathways and developing emerging talent within the community. His initiative, eagerness to learn, and connection to the local area position him as a promising young professional and an important part of APG’s future growth.
