Since joining APG in 2022, Chris has overseen numerous Independent Living Apartment transactions and played a leading role in the off-the-plan sales campaign at Evermore Solaris. With a strong understanding of market dynamics, buyer behaviour, and strategic campaign positioning, he ensures each property is presented with clarity and purpose. His disciplined approach, negotiation expertise, and ability to align marketing strategy with client objectives consistently deliver outcomes that meet — and often exceed — expectations.
